Sometimes we forget to breathe

I am a qualified yoga teacher. Not only that, I have committed a large part of my adult life to exploring techniques to combat stress, avoid panic and just breathe. I have embraced yoga and pranayama as a means to keep fit, have an active mind and ameliorate the debilitating effects of stress.
